Super Corn in 7 Days to Die: Location & Uses
Super Corn is a unique, genetically engineered crop in 7 Days to Die that you can only find at Carl’s Corn. Unlike standard crops like potatoes or blueberries, Super Corn is essential for crafting some of the game’s most powerful consumables. Without it, you’ll have to spend a fortune at traders to get the same benefits.
Where to Find Carl’s Corn
Carl’s Corn is located in the Forest biome, on the road northwest of Trader Rekt and directly south of the central residential area, at approximately coordinates 300W, 693N. The building contains four Super Corn plants in total: one inside a locked glass containment unit on the first floor near the entrance, and three more in the basement greenhouse alongside Dead Corn.
Getting to the Super Corn Plants
The locked containment unit on the first floor is the most important spot—it holds one plant, a chest with five Super Corn Seeds, and the schematic to make seeds from existing plants. You have two ways to access it. The first method is to go to the second floor, activate all three switches connected to the multicolored piping and planters, wait for the flames to disappear, then jump onto the top of the container and enter through the door above. Alternatively, you can break down the containment door using a Stone or Iron Sledgehammer, or an Iron Pickaxe; doing so yields some materials as well. For the basement plants, simply take the rear stairwell down to the first basement floor. You’ll find the Super Corn inside a small greenhouse without needing to break any doors.
